When we refer you to a partner agent and that referral leads to a completed property sale or purchase, the agent pays us a referral fee. This does not affect the price you receive for your property, the price you pay for a purchase, or any fees your agent charges you.

We do not guarantee any specific sale price, timeframe, or outcome from using our service.
Free, No Obligation
Our service is free to homeowners and buyers. You are under no obligation to proceed with any agent we match you with.
Our Partner Agents
Agents we refer you to are independent businesses, not our employees. We are not responsible for their conduct, advice, or services.
No Affiliation
Mrs. Chapman is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with LJ Hooker Corporation or REIWA as organisations. Any agent credentials referenced belong to that individual agent.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or our referral service.
